Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Terms govern the use of tourocco.com (the "Website") and all tours, transfers and services booked through it. The services are provided by Tourocco LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States (State of Wyoming) (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2026-002067068), operating tours in Morocco ("Tourocco", "we" or "us"). By using the Website or making a booking, you ("the Traveler") agree to these Terms.

1. About us and our services

Our services

TOUROCCO organizes private and small-group tours in Morocco, including transportation, accommodation, guiding and related services. Some services are delivered by trusted local partners (drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, activity providers) selected by us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book. By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all travelers in your group.

Website content

Descriptions, photos, itineraries and prices are provided in good faith and may be updated at any time. Photos are illustrative. We make every effort to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the absence of errors. Sending a trip request or contacting us does not create a booking.

Intellectual property

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, itineraries, design) belongs to TOUROCCO or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or unlawful content through our forms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your booking is the one published on the Website at the time of booking.

2. Booking and payment

How to book

A booking is confirmed once (a) you have submitted the booking form or accepted our written quote and (b) we have received the required deposit and sent you a written confirmation by email.

Prices

  • Prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Prices shown are per person unless marked Solo, and depend on the number of travelers, the tour duration and the season.
  • Unless stated otherwise, prices include private transportation, driver/guide, accommodation as listed, and the meals and activities specified in the itinerary.
  • Prices exclude international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, drinks and tips.
  • A written quote is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Deposit and balance

  • A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance is due 30 days before the start of the tour, or may be paid in cash or by card to your guide on arrival if agreed in writing.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at booking. Please contact us to arrange it; the online deposit is available for departures at least 30 days away.

Online payment

Where online payment is offered on a tour page, you can pay the 30% deposit by card, in euros, for groups of up to 4 travelers. The deposit is calculated from the published price for your group size; for larger groups we prepare a tailored quote. Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure page: TOUROCCO does not see or store your card details. Other payment methods for the balance are agreed in writing with our team. Bank or payment fees may apply and are the responsibility of the payer.

Currency and exchange

If you pay in a currency other than the one quoted, exchange-rate differences and conversion fees are the Traveler's responsibility.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by the Traveler

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp message to the contact details in section 10). The cancellation date is the date we receive your message. The following schedule applies to the amounts you have paid:

Refund schedule by notice before departure
Notice before departureRefund
More than 30 days100% refund, minus payment-processing fees
15 to 30 days50% refund
7 to 14 days25% refund
Less than 7 days or no-showNo refund

Non-refundable costs already committed on your behalf (for example hotel deposits, train or entrance tickets, or special-event bookings) may be deducted in addition, with supporting proof available on request.

Cancellation by TOUROCCO

We may cancel or modify a tour if safety, weather, security, government restrictions, road closures or force majeure make it unsafe or impossible, or if a minimum group size required for a shared tour is not reached. In that case you will be offered the choice of (a) an alternative itinerary of similar value, (b) a credit valid for 12 months, or (c) a full refund of the amounts paid for the cancelled services.

Changes requested by the Traveler

Date or name changes requested more than 15 days before departure are free of charge, subject to availability. Later changes may incur additional costs charged by hotels and partners.

Unused services

No refund is given for services not used during the tour (for example meals, nights, activities, or early departure) when the Traveler chooses not to use them.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid using the original payment method whenever possible, within 14 to 21 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Bank processing times may add further delay.

Delays and missed services

If a flight or train delay, late arrival or missed pick-up is caused by the Traveler or by a third-party carrier, no refund is due. We will do our best to adapt the programme and may charge any extra costs incurred.

4. Itinerary changes

Moroccan roads, weather, local events, religious holidays and site closures may require us to adjust the itinerary, order of visits, accommodation or vehicle. We will always try to keep an equivalent or better standard. Hotels named in a programme may be replaced by similar establishments of the same category if the original is unavailable. Such changes made in good faith do not entitle the Traveler to compensation.

Vehicles and drivers

Services may be carried out by TOUROCCO or by trusted partner drivers and guides. Vehicle type is guaranteed by category (for example SUV, minivan, minibus), not by specific model.

5. Traveler responsibilities and conduct

  • Provide accurate information (names, passport details, arrival data, dietary needs, mobility limits) at the time of booking.
  • Carry a valid passport and hold any visa or entry document required for Morocco.
  • Be on time at agreed meeting points; waiting time over 30 minutes may result in the service being considered a no-show.
  • Respect local customs, dress codes at religious sites, laws, and the instructions of your driver and guide.
  • Respect vehicles, accommodations and other travelers. Damage caused by the Traveler must be paid by the Traveler.
  • Illegal drugs, harassment, aggressive behavior or actions endangering others may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Health, safety and insurance

  • Travel insurance covering medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation and baggage is strongly recommended and is the Traveler's responsibility.
  • Travelers must be fit enough for the activities booked and must inform us in advance of any condition that may affect their participation.
  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Child seats are available on request, subject to notice.
  • Activities such as quad biking, camel riding, surfing or trekking carry inherent risks. Safety rules and equipment must be followed.
  • Vaccination and health recommendations should be checked with your doctor before departure.

7. Liability and force majeure

TOUROCCO acts with reasonable care and skill in organizing your services. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for: loss, injury, delay or additional costs caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, epidemics, border closures, carrier failures); acts or omissions of third parties not under our control; loss or theft of personal belongings; or the Traveler's own actions or non-compliance with instructions.

Where TOUROCCO is found liable, its total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Traveler for the affected service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for failure to perform obligations when caused by an event beyond reasonable control. Refund or credit options for such cases are described in section 3.

8. Complaints

If anything is not right during your trip, please tell your driver or guide immediately so we can fix it on the spot. If the issue remains unresolved, send a written complaint to contact@tourocco.com within 30 days after the end of the tour, with your booking reference and details. We will acknowledge it within 3 business days and aim to reply with a solution within 14 days.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. We encourage amicable resolution first. Failing that, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
